The room had roaches everywhere, disgusting. There was blood splatter on the back wall of the tub. I felt unsafe and unable to use the shower, which ruined my entire stay. The lack of cleanliness made me question the hotel's maintenance standards.

Location was ok.
More types of insects in the room than I have ever encountered before - numerous stink bugs, roaches in the microwave, ants and roaches in the bathroom. Ceiling about to fall down in at least three large areas.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room on lower level, the bed was nice.

The decor had an unexpected vintage flair, enough to. I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave, handy for my late-night snack cravings.
A little more cleanliness would be great.

Was a perfect place for weekend. Everything was good, this hotel had consistently courteous staff and marvellous location. The room was a nice size and cheap on lower level, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Location: the property was very close to an airport and Knoxville. It was good to be 11 miles away from Taco Bell, serving short-orders...

Price and location
The door was beat up and not freshly painted. The Shower was hard to regulate for shower #1 at 9 P.M.. The shower was cold for shower #2. (at 7 A.M.)

would like to go back there again
The double room had useful amenities like a mini-fridge and microwave. The air conditioning kept the room comfortable. The private bathroom was equipped with shampoo, towels, and a smoke alarm. The hot tub and sauna were nice for unwinding after a long day. Super cool that the TV offered plenty of channels to choose from.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel was not up to my standards. Bathroom and linens were clean, but carpet and sofa were dirty and stained.

I found the bed comfortable, which helped after long days. The mini-fridge kept my drinks cold, and the microwave was useful for quick meals. The water pressure in the shower felt very nice after being on the road. The room showed some signs of wear. The ceiling paint was peeling in spots, and I noticed a few brown stains on the walls. The floors felt dirty, and I would prefer a more thorough cleaning. The location is tricky. I couldn't walk to any nearby attractions, as there were no sidewalks. There were insects in the room, unsettling. I appreciate the low price, but improvements are necessary before I could recommend it to others.

The room had an interesting layout, but there were cigarette burns everywhere.

I loved how cozy the Double Room was, especially with that fantastic view of the city skyline from my window. The hot tub and sauna were such a nice touch for unwinding after a long day. Just wish the WiFi had been a bit stronger, but overall it didn’t ruin my stay! 😌

This place was just a strong match for a trip in Alcoa with best value. The lobby had a certain eerie charm to it, made it feel like a scene from a horror movie. Be prepared for some unexpected surprises along the way.
